iOS Manor App Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how 2345 Wilton Drive LLC ("The Manor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Manor mobile application (the "App"), our website at themanorcomplex.com, and related services for The Manor and our affiliated venue, The Venue Fort Lauderdale (collectively, the "Services").

2. Age requirement — 21 and older

The Services are intended only for adults of legal age to enter our venues and purchase alcohol (21 years of age or older). The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18, and you must be 21+ to create an account, order, or attend events. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

3. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you use the Services:

4. How we use your information

Create and manage your account and membership, and authenticate sign‑in via email magic links.

Process drink orders, ticket and entry‑pass purchases, tips, loyalty points, rewards, and deals.

Verify that you meet the legal age and identity requirements for entry and alcohol service (VIP/front‑door check‑in).

Provide QR codes for check‑in, order pickup, and venue entry.

Send service messages (order status, receipts, account and security notices).

Send event reminders, upcoming DJ set announcements, promotions, and offers — see Section 5.

Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Marketing communications & your choices

With your consent where required, we may send you marketing about events, DJ sets, promotions, and offers through push notifications and email. We do not send marketing text messages at this time; if that changes, we will obtain any consent required by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Push notifications: turn off in your device settings, or in the App's notification settings.

Email: use the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. You will still receive non‑promotional service messages (e.g., receipts, security notices).

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it as described here:

Service providers / processors that operate parts of the Services on our behalf and may access personal information only to perform services for us:

Clover — payment processing for orders and tickets.

PayPal — payment processing, where offered as a payment option.

Resend — delivery of sign‑in (magic‑link) and transactional emails (receives your email address).

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and the Apple Push Notification service — delivery of push notifications.

Cloudflare — application hosting, database, and encrypted file storage.

Apple — App Store distribution and related app platform services.

Account sign‑in is handled by authentication software that runs on our own Cloudflare infrastructure; it is not a third party that receives your data.

Event promoters / hosts for events you purchase tickets to or attend, to the extent needed to admit you and manage that event.

Our affiliated venue, The Venue Fort Lauderdale, where you use the shared/sister features.

Affiliates: we may share personal information with our affiliated company Crave IT Arts LLC for business and operational purposes and, where permitted, so that it can market relevant events, offers, and experiences to you. Where this affiliate sharing for marketing is treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, you may opt out — see Section 11 and our Your Privacy Choices page.

Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights, safety, and property of guests, staff, and the venue, and in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or sale).

The App does not use the data it collects for cross‑context behavioral (targeted) advertising through third‑party advertising networks. Sharing with our affiliate (Crave IT Arts LLC) for its own marketing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; you may opt out as described in Section 11 and on our Your Privacy Choices page.

7. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by PCI‑DSS‑compliant third‑party processors (Clover and PayPal) on their own secure pages. Your full payment card details are entered with the processor and are not stored on our systems. Each processor's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

8. Identity & age verification data

To grant VIP/front‑door access and confirm legal drinking age, we may collect your date of birth and, where you choose to use ID verification, your driver's license or government‑issued ID information and image. This is sensitive information. We store it using access‑controlled, encrypted storage, limit access to authorized personnel and verification purposes, and retain it only as long as needed for verification, recordkeeping, and legal compliance (see Section 10). Where consent is required for processing sensitive data, we will obtain it.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls and row‑level data scoping, and restricted storage for sensitive files. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute‑resolution, and fraud‑prevention obligations. Identity/age verification records are retained only as long as necessary for those purposes. You may request deletion as described in Section 11.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law (including, for Florida residents, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights to the extent it applies to us), you may have the right to:

Access and obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

Correct inaccurate personal information;

Delete your personal information;

Obtain a portable copy of certain data;

Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and

Not receive discrimination for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights:

Access / correct: review and update your name, email, phone, and notification settings directly in the App's profile.

Download a copy (portability): email iosmobile@themanorcomplex.com from your account email and we will provide a machine‑readable copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Delete your account and data: use the account‑deletion option in the App's profile, or email iosmobile@themanorcomplex.com. See Section 12.

Opt out of affiliate marketing sharing: ask us not to share your information with our affiliate, Crave IT Arts LLC, for marketing, by emailing iosmobile@themanorcomplex.com or using our Your Privacy Choices page.

We will verify your identity before acting on access, download, or deletion requests, and we respond within the time required by law (generally within 45 days, with one extension where permitted). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will inform you of the outcome of your appeal.

12. Account & data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time via the App's profile settings, or by emailing iosmobile@themanorcomplex.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as completing transactions and preventing fraud.

13. Cookies & website analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where applicable, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you add analytics or advertising cookies to the website, list them and provide consent controls here.

14. Children's privacy

The Services are for adults 21+ and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Third‑party links

The Services may link to third‑party sites or services (e.g., payment providers, ticketing, social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
