Summary. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing you partner-network discounts inside the App is our own first-party marketing and does not share your data. Letting our affiliate Crave IT Arts LLC (craveitarts.com) market to you directly with your contact information is off by default until you opt in under Profile → Privacy & marketing → Partner offers (Crave IT Arts) in the App. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights (Florida, California, and others) — see below.

Quick choices

  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Partner offers (Crave IT Arts) — opt out: toggle off in the App under Profile → Privacy & marketing, or email iosmobile@themanorcomplex.com from your account email. We stop new exports on a going-forward basis.

  • iOS tracking: deny AfterDrop in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking (or at the first-launch prompt). Firebase Analytics collection stays off on that install.

  • AfterDrop marketing push: turn off in iOS/Android notification settings or in the App.

  • Manor marketing email: click "unsubscribe" in any promotional email (you will still receive receipts and security notices).

  • Personalization: update or clear going-out preferences under Profile → Going-out preferences.

  • Access / correct: edit name, email, phone, and preferences in the App.

  • Download your data: email us for a machine-readable copy.

  • Delete account: use Profile → Privacy & marketing → Delete account in the App, or email us.

  • Promoter marketing sharing: email us if you do not want attendee information shared with a promoter for that promoter's own marketing.

How to submit a privacy request

Email iosmobile@themanorcomplex.com from the email address tied to your account. Tell us whether you want to access, download, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of partner or promoter marketing sharing.

We verify your identity before acting on requests. We respond within the time required by law — generally 45 days, with one extension where permitted. If we deny a request, reply to our decision to appeal; we will inform you of the outcome.

State privacy rights (Florida, California and other states)

Because merchandise may ship across the United States, your rights depend on where you live. Depending on your state — including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions);

  • Obtain a portable copy of certain data;

  • Opt out of the sale of personal data and certain sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising;

  • Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information (in states that provide this right); and

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents: to opt out, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information above (toggle off Partner offers) or email us; we honor an authorized agent's request. Other states (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas) have similar rights, exercised the same way.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

We do not sell your personal information for monetary payment. We do not run cross-app targeted advertising through third-party ad networks or share data with data brokers.

Showing partner-network discounts inside the App is our own first-party marketing and does not share your data. If you opt in to Partner offers (Crave IT Arts), we share contact information and going-out preferences so our affiliate can market third-party events and offers directly to you. Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws, that sharing may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data even though no money changes hands. You can opt out anytime in the App or by emailing us — we stop new exports on a going-forward basis.

First-party analytics (Firebase Analytics) helps us improve the App and is not used for cross-app ad retargeting. On iOS, collection is disabled if you deny App Tracking Transparency. Personalized event recommendations in the App use your stated preferences and activity — not third-party ad profiles.

Applicability

Some state privacy laws (including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights) apply only to certain large businesses meeting specific revenue or consumer-scale thresholds, and not every right applies in every state. Even where a law does not legally apply to us, we provide the choices and contact methods on this page for all users.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
